Clobotics is actively seeking skilled Blade Repair Technicians for the upcoming season. This is a unique opportunity for a full-time position in Denmark with extensive travel throughout the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

In this position, you will:

  • Conduct repairs on wind turbine blades up-tower using rope access, repair platforms, and on-ground repairs.
  • Work both offshore and onshore, travelling extensively throughout the EMEA region.
  • Perform conventional blade repairs and utilize advanced technology for documentation to meet the highest market standards.
  • Assist the back office with feedback and troubleshooting for continuous improvement, leveraging in-house developed systems and software.
  • Independently plan your workdays and ensure the highest data quality through rigorous quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in blade repairs and certifications in GWO and IRATA rope access.
  • Proficiency in IT and computers, coupled with effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Positive mindset and a willingness to embrace challenges in a rapidly growing, technology-driven service company.
  • Ability to travel for both shorter and longer periods and work independently. Projects may involve a 2 or 3-week rotation.
  • Availability to occasionally meet at the offices in Esbjerg, Denmark.
