Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy lift drones with a capacity of over 80 kg, ensuring safe and efficient flights.
- Plan and execute complex lift missions in collaboration with our project and engineering teams.
- Monitor and assess the condition of drones before, during, and after each mission.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and relevant aviation regulations.
- Work closely with technical teams to maintain and optimize drone performance.
- Participate in test flights and contribute to ongoing development projects.
- Travel for project assignments for periods of 2–3 weeks at various onshore and offshore sites.
We are looking for:
This role could be your next big step if you have a proven track record in heavy-lift drone operations and are certified as a drone pilot (e.g., UAV Category C or similar). You are experienced with mission planning software, and have a keen focus on safety and risk management. Offshore experience, particularly in the wind industry, is an advantage.

- Full-time position based in Esbjerg, Denmark, with extensive travel.
