Clobotics Americas is looking for a full-time person to do project management and provide support to customers and partners.

In this Seattle-based role, you will:

  • Conduct technique & market research
  • Technical specifications for R&D team
  • Statistic & data analysis
  • Design new features for project solutions
  • Manage projects & coordinate activities
  • Conduct user acceptance testing & release features to clients
  • Coordinate with managers, vendors & others
  • Provide training & mentor junior colleagues

Requirements/Qualifications

  • MS degree in CS
  • Information systems/related field + at least 2.5 years’ experience
  • Bilingual Mandarin Chinese & English
  • 15% U.S., America continent & China travel

Tools

  • Axure RP, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Excel, R, C, Firebase, PowerPoint, & PM tool

General work skills

  • Able to take ownership of projects and work independently
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a multi-cultural setting (Clobotics is a global company)
  • Confident in engaging with clients in the field, building strong relationships and communicating effectively throughout a project
  • Able to manage own time effectively and track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Flexible, energetic, with a strong sense of entrepreneurship
  • Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Willingness to travel
